Postairo is a social media scheduling and management platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads) and schedule or publish content to those accounts.

To use Postairo, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Postairo. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with the terms of service of any connected social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.)
• Not post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Not use the Service for spam or automated abuse of social platforms
• Maintain proper authorization to post on any Facebook Page or social account you connect

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Postairo to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates Meta's Platform Policies

6. Intellectual Property

The Postairo platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Postairo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Postairo a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Postairo integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Your use of these integrations is also governed by those platforms' own terms and policies. Postairo is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party platforms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postairo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
